NephraTech, Inc. ("NephraTech," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit nephratech.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, role, institution, and any message you send us. We do not ask for, and do not want, protected health information (PHI) through this channel.
Usage data. We use a privacy-friendly analytics service to count page visits and referrers in aggregate. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites. No personal identifiers, IP addresses, or fingerprints are stored.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and follow up about Nephros.
To understand which content is useful so we can improve the site.
To meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your information. Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree (our form provider) and delivered to NephraTech employees. Analytics are processed by a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not retain personal data. We may share information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of NephraTech, our employees, or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up and maintain a record of correspondence, typically up to seven years, then deleted. Aggregated, non-personal analytics are retained indefinitely.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion by emailing blakedenison@nephratech.com. Residents of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions have additional rights under applicable law; please reach out and we will honor them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
